Mini Hats

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make those adorable mini hats or where I might find instructions for them. Thanks in advance.

    Doll hats from the craft store or doll stores, you may have to hunt around a lot to find some nice ones that don't look cheapo though, just add trims and a long ribbon to tie them around your head, or pin them on with bobby pins or secure them through your hair with a hat pin.
